Hi!  I’m Laurel, born and raised on the island of O'ahu!  For over 15 years, I worked as a certified elementary and early childhood school librarian in Kaimuki, helping children discover the joy of reading and the magic that lives inside every book. Today, I continue that mission through my partnership with PaperPie Learning, where I help families, classrooms, and communities build meaningful home libraries filled with engaging, high-quality books and educational resources.

As a mom, I understand how important it is to find books that truly capture children’s attention - stories that spark imagination, build confidence, and create special moments together. I love connecting families with books that make learning feel natural, fun, and inspiring.

My goal is simple: to help more children fall in love with reading.

Whether I’m hosting book fairs, supporting classrooms, or helping parents choose the perfect books for their little ones, I believe every child deserves access to stories that help them grow, dream, and thrive.
